The hotel experience starts at check-in! At the Bluemont Hotel, a guest’s first encounter is with our Guest Services agents, setting the tone for the rest of the stay. Beyond check-in and check-out, the Guest Services role includes daily cash drops, booking and adjusting reservations, collecting payments, and collaborating with maintenance and housekeeping teams for a seamless guest experience. Our most successful GS agents have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills and an uplifting attitude towards guests and coworkers. Our energetic bar staff are the go-to folks for a delicious cocktail and a great local recommendation. If you prefer a more flexible position with variable hours, consider joining our event staff.
